[fireball] 36843: - Remove unfinished OS/2, SkyOS, VMS and web (php extension) support modules. If any of the FOSS OS/2, FreeVMS implementation teams, SkyOS team thinks those could be of use for them and community, and they want to develop them, then these modules could be easily resurrected.
