[hyperion] 42444: modified lib/3rdparty/libxml2/libxml2.rbuild libxml2 wants __MINGW32__, let's give it __MINGW32__. This should probably defined globally, because our Visual C++ environment is kind of MinGW, after all And libxml2 compiles with Visual C++, too
