Mark the VBE driver as VgaCompatible. This is an outrageous lie, but it lets us use 3rd
party drivers, like VBoxVideo, while VBE is installed. Consider this a hack, which is to
be fixed bei either making vbemp really vga compatible or by fixing whatever keeps the
VBoxVideo from replacing vbemp.
