Also start using the token lock when necessary. Add comments when missing. Nothing terribly exciting... [NTOSKRNL]: As a side effect, implement SeCreateClientSecurityFromSubjectContext and SeGetTokenControlInformation, although most of the code was already there. [NTOSKRNL]: One useful change, SE_GROUP_USE_FOR_DENY_ONLY (Deny Only Groups) are now handled correctly.
