    [NETAPI32] Zero out lpNameBuffer in NetGetJoinInformation
    
    This is needed, because for some reason, otherwise RPCRT4 will assume that whatever
value is in there is already the buffer and copy the string there.
    Fixes exception in Chrome 48.
