[cfinck] 68104: [LOCALSPL_APITEST] It's only the second disabled test, which is causing trouble for us, so reactivate the first one. This also confirms that the problem is not related to SEH.

It's only the second disabled test, which is causing trouble for us, so reactivate the
first one.
This also confirms that the problem is not related to SEH.
