[greatlrd] 20240: add -fforce-addr -fmerge-all-constants -fmove-all-movables -funit-at-a-time to DBG=0 Old setting did produce 1.06MB of comctl32.dll new setting produce it to 940KB. it will produce smaller file size for all file.
