[gadamopoulos] 69713: [SHELL32] - Remove a few todo comments that are now completed. Also remove numbers to make it simpler to remove one entry from the todo list.

- Remove a few todo comments that are now completed. Also remove numbers to make it simpler to remove one entry from the todo list.
