[CMLIB]: Great job -- crashing trunk on a pool tag just so people can be forced to know
what it is. Change the registry pool tag from "th" (wtf?) to "CM25"
which is a bit closer to Windows. In reality all of TAG_CM should be broken out in many
more pieces. Fixes boot breakpoint.
