URL: http://svn.reactos.org/svn/reactos?rev=47907&view=rev Log: [RTL]: RangeList APIs should not be allocating pool with a tag of 0, since this makes the checked kernel ASSERT. Good thing nobody used these APIs (I wonder if they even work), but eVb's PCI driver now does.
