[cfinck] 35979: - Add the ParserFunctions extension to our Wiki (MW1.12-r34033) - Make it easier to test the Wiki locally by adding a "wiki-connect.php" containing settings for local testing. You now just need to comment out a line and uncomment another one to switch between ReactOS Server configuration and local configuration.
