[cfinck] 41683: Use target "mingw32" and omit the -march flag, so that the default CPU settings suitable for all i386+ machines are used again. Fixes our Pentium I incompatibilities for real. Will be changed again, when the host/target issues are eventually solved. See issue #4635 for more details.
