Hi!
My committed patches do no longer appear on ros-cvs(a)reactos.com. The last
patch appeared on November 6th but I committed several patches since them.
Gé, Rex, could you have a look at your machines?
Regards,
Eric
I need to get hold of the ReactOS banner graphics to make some
alterations for ibrowsers default webpage.
The one on reactos.com has the words 'user site', which needs to be
removed and/or replaced.
I've tried getting hold of Jason, but I'm not getting a reply.
Does anyone else have any ideas where I can get it from, or if someone
would be willing to do the mods?
Thanks,
Ged.
Hi all
Vizzini has spent a lot of time writing a ReactOS IP Policy Document;
he's also had it reviewed by lawyers. I agree what's written here, and
would like to get some feedback from the community before we publish
it as our official policy.
Regards
Jason
Some urgent maintenance needs to be carried out on the electrical
installation in the building that houses the reactos.com box. To perform
this maintenance, power will be shutdown Friday night till Sunday morning.
I will be moving reactos.com web- and mailservices to a fallback box. This
should take place some time Friday. Switch back will be Sunday. The
bandwidth capacity of the fallback box is much lower than that of the main
box, so please don't plan on submitting stories to SlashDot this weekend...

Structured well, reads fluently and is not overly technical.
There were 2 things, for me, that weren't made clear:
- The issue of using the same names for the OS API
Although this is the only way, are there no copyright infringements
in doing this?
- Using the same names for interface components (e.g. start, control panel,
explorer)
Again, do Microsoft not have some form of copyright on this?
I picked up 2 small mistakes.
2b) While coding style may not 'be' covered by copyright,
There is a '>' at the start of 'TRADE SECRET ISSUES'. Probably left over
from email

Gedi
