[ros-general] SVN : user and password

hi all, I have translated some files in my language, I have tried  
to send with the svn the translated file , but a mask appears  
of login that asks  name user  and password, svn://svn.reactos.com:3690
I have tried to give her  in meal the name user and the password 
that I have created when  registered on the web site reactos ,
 but it doesn't work.  
Where can I have  password?  
Am I mistaking anything?  
the version of svn that I am using  it:  
TortoiseSVN 1.2.4, Build 4479 - 32 Bit
