Hi Michael,
i made a german FAQ for your website, tonight.
I've post it here. Maybe some of the german capable readers have still
some comments or suggestions to it.
Nice stuff.
I don't know if these are really FAQs, but I've got some more questions
in my head I'd like to see a (positive) answer for:
Do you really think that ReactOS has a chance to succeed - a tiny bunch
of volunteers against the worlds richest software vendor?
More specifically: Will ReactOS ever be able to catch up with what is
being developed in Redmond? The wine project has been in existence for
almost a decade and still many apps don't run on it.
Related to that: Isn't Microsoft abandoning the NT platform, i.e. won't
ReactOS become obsolete when Longhorn is released?
(I'm not sure about that, though, I just heard that Longhorn was no
longer based on NT. If I'm wrong, please correct me. If this is true,
however, than ReactOS would turn into something similar to the GNUstep
project: Trying to recreate a platform that was abandoned a decade ago.)
Thanks,
Johannes
