Hi,

the pages you are referring to are quite outdated.
Xen is currently not supported.
If you just want to test ReactOS, you are better off with VMware or Qemu.

I am not familiar with Xen, but I could imagine it might be possible to 
get ReactOS running in Xen if your processor supports AMD-V or Intel VT.
I would suggest you start with an empty harddisk image and install 
ReactOS from an iso.

Get a guide on how to install Windows in a Xen VM, the steps required 
for ReactOS should be similiar.
