I mean the general average user, who only writes documents and plays 
games. Perhaps they can also install hardware and software, but this 
also already above the average.

This is of course appreciated, but very unlikely.

PS: IMO if the user already gets confused by the FAQ's, then how likely 
it will be that he / she changes the OS in favor of Reactos ?
