Help on transaltion

Can someone help me?

Where should i start to make a translation of the OS
to spanish? Is there any kind of language file where
all words are stored or i have to look all through the
code translating it?

There's a list for the translation, ros-translate, also, it's
coordinated, so you can't just go out and translate certain parts,
you'll need to discuss this with your Language Coordinator.
