Structured well, reads fluently and is not overly technical.

There were 2 things, for me, that weren't made clear:
 - The issue of using the same names for the OS API
	Although this is the only way, are there no copyright infringements
in doing this?
 - Using the same names for interface components (e.g. start, control panel,
explorer)
	Again, do Microsoft not have some form of copyright on this?


I picked up 2 small mistakes.
 2b) While coding style may not 'be' covered by copyright,
 There is a '>' at the start of 'TRADE SECRET ISSUES'. Probably left
over
from email

No, these are considered to be 'facts'.

Those are phrases, I don't think that phrases can be copyright, but
they could be trademarked (not that they are).

The '>' is not in the original document, must be an email issue. The
grammatical error has been corrected, along with a few others sent to
me by jh.
