[sserapion] 37279: - Merge to trunk r37270. - Modified rbuild files to conform to trunk. - Added spec file for bzip2 - Covert user32 to use pspec and use it for WIN64 specific exports. - Added liboldnames in rbuild, needed to fix explorer build. - Comented out code in mingw startup lib that requires linking to kernel32 (mostly security cookie code, which is not used). - Remove unneeded stubs from amd64stubs.c - i386 builds again, explorer crashes, need to investigate further.

[sserapion] 37278: - Remove #ifdef _WIN64 hack in favor of __MINGW_GNUC_PREREQ for pragma macros. - Remove other hacks. - Sync to mingw-w64 trunk. - Prepare a bit for upcoming auto-import war (not _mingw.h)

[fireball] 37272: - Revert 25073 (vfatfs part). CcCopyRead is guaranteed (see WDK) to succeed if Wait parameter is TRUE, and the only case of failure is when Wait is FALSE meaning there is a need in additional processing time, hence returning of STATUS_PENDING. This fixes the "unable to read system hive" problem when booting Windows 2003 with this driver. See issue #1855 for more details.
