The bin -taste will be dropped some time. But
it is still usable. It's intended to be startet from a naked DOS in realMode.
Thus you need at least a FAT16/32 partition to extract that and a DOS-Disk. It
should work with
freedos.org, too.
Boot it,
cd reactos (whrere you extracted)
run boot.bat

A couple of weeks ago, I downloaded it:
-rw------- 1 rafael rafael 7973432 Sep 15 01:37
reactos-0.2.4-bin.zip
Then I extracted it to a subdirectory of my home directory. I need to
know how to get it running. Is there a HOWTO somewhere? I could not
find anything (documentation, that is) within the archive itself.
I'm currently running Red Hat Linux v9. I don't have M$ on my machine.
(This list seems rather dormant. I hope I'm posting to the right place.)
