[ros-general] Doubt about mIRC and project members communication

Good morning to you all. (at least here in São Paulo/Brazil its 11.12am)

I was wondering if the group members could only communicate to each
other trough mIRC...

In my work place I think the ports are blocked by the linux firewall
and I am, at the moment, without internet acces in my house (where I
stay in the spare time when not studying/working).

Any suggestions of an alternative for me?
