Has anybody looked into running OpenWatcom (http://www.openwatcom.org/) on
ReactOS? It includes a command-line compiler as well as an IDE.

It might be interesting to make sure OpenWatcom-compiled programs can run
on ReactOS (they use a different C runtime, IIRC) and if that works try
running the compiler proper under ReactOS and if that works, the IDE.
