Sounds like this might be a good time to try a VoIP phone like Skype, it would save a small fortune in long distance charges.

It might just take some time before we can really start with the case studies. It seems like we're going to do one or two expert interviews first. (not to say you aren't experts!!! What I mean are people who already did some research on this topic in the past)
