[ros-general] crash report

Having zipped a folder with a copy of OffByOne browser and it's files with
PowerArchiver and successfully unzipped it in ros with 7z.exe from the command line.
I tried to run it from the start - run menu and having located the programme, clicked on
the open button and ros crashed with the following error messages:

The third time I tried running it from both ros explorer and from the command prompt and
it refused to run but this same programme will run in win95. I then tried to run another
copy of this programme from a different location and ros froze having lost the icons from
the desktop and the taskbar. It looked like the bottom outline of a window was left over
the taskbar.
The second time I successfully ran the programme the same way, but it crashes ros when
closed it with it's close button (I have reported this error on another occasion).
