Try setting it to Win2k, unless that didn't work. Also, all vm's aren't
created equal and unless I missed something the only vm's that are officially
supported are vmware and qemu.

I've just been able to make ReactOS up & running, but whilst trying to launch 
the File Explorer, a bluescreen occurred. :-( See the attached screenshot I 
made with my virtual machine (VirtualBox 2.0.6).
