[ros-general] Ros does not work for me

Help please,
	     I have tried to run ros yet again, but without success.
My system is a pentium 450 - 64mb ram - 4.3 HD - Hercules 3D Prorhet 2 mx (agp socket) -
optical mouse (ps2 socket).
	    The system is a bit buggy, but runs win95.

The error messages start here:-

Everything is stopped at the above line, the only thing to note is, that the floppy drive
light is on and remains on.

Is the fault in Ros or is it my buggy system.
