There is only one change on the branch so delete &
re-copy shouldn't be too difficult.

I wasn't sure weather I should branch all of trunk or just trunk/reactos
and sedwards suggested trunk/reactos so I went with it. What would you
like to be done, delete this branch and redo it with trunk?

You need to branch and eventually tag it all (not
just trunk/reactos)
so we can find and retrieve the exact revision of the point in time
of the release, in the future. It doesn't consume extra space to branch
it all.

I am building RC1 right now and hopfully will publish it later on this
afternoon. I am including rosapps as we did in 0.2.8. I am wondering
how people feel about the changing the preloaded qemu release to have
800x600res by default and the background to something some picture?
