I can imagine that. But even Linux took some 8 years to become really useful
(= a practical replacement for established OSes like WinNT or commercial UNIX-
family systems). The earlier RectOS becomes "useful" the better: There are
many people around who are fed up with WinVista, but don't wanna dare to jump
into cold water & learn a completely new OS.
Some things, like explorer, are not in the best shape
and the only thing
you can do is to join the project and assist in the development and improve
those aspects and the underlying system component.
May I say it this way: What I cannot do for you is work on the source-code
itself (I simply don't have the time for this)...but I can join you & do
thorough testing...for instance, how well standard Windows SW integrate into
ReactOS.
