[ros-general] 0.1.5 Release

Hi Guys,

I'm sad to say but the 0.1.5 final will have to be undone.
For some reason the files at sourceforge are all corrupt except the source, I tried a
second time but it still doesn't work.
I will hide the 0.1.5 final and revert to the RC. Tomorrow I will try to upload again,
maybe something's wrong with my connection. I don't have a clue, but the files are
truncated badly.
