Might be possible, but I highly don't recommend that.
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, so it might not even work on your system.
Also it is too unstable for things like flashing a BIOS.

Every mainboard vendor I know also supports flashing the BIOS using DOS or a
Flash tool embedded in the BIOS itself.
I own a Gigabyte mainboard myself (965P-DQ6) and it has an integrated
Q-Flash utility, so you should use that for flashing the BIOS.
