[ros-general] Can MingW compile itself under react OS?

Hi,

I'm a newbie here. This is a really cool project.

I was wondering MingW can compile itself under reactOS, then take the
new compiled version, and compile it self again and generate a stable
MingW tool chain can
it then build the ReactOS system?

Sort like doing a "emerge -system" in Gentoo's Portage?
