OK - thanks! Now it works again in UNICODE mode.
But it's the first time I had to increase the system memory in Bochs to 64 MB. 32 MB is no more enough, now it prints out while loading Unicode explorer: (mm/pagefile.c:131) MM: Out of swap space.
