Possibly present React OS at LibrePlanet 2023?

Hi,

I found your project on the GSoC roster, which I also participated in as
a mentor for [SugarLabs][1] working on [Music Blocks][2].

I thought React OS looked cool, and cool is precisely a good fit for
LibrePlanet.
