0.2.8 Released

I released 0.2.8 to sf last night.  We will need to get the website 
updated to reflect the new version and a announcement on ros-anounce 
maybe... GvG, Frik, MgW?

I normally use eComStation; an updated version of OS/2.
http://www.ecomstation.com . It would be great to use ReactOS
for those times that I have to use a WinPC.
