0.2.9 RC1 Released

I just finished putting 0.2.9 RC1 on sf.net.  This contained rosapps as 
well.  Starting as of RC2 I will change the default res to 800x600 and 
the background to some other picture, most likely the one Ged posted; 
unless someone objects. 

Feel free to give any feedback.

You might want to update RosApps, since some tinkering was done
recently with them.

We have already a media dir in the ReactOS Source code:
trunk\reactos\media\wallpapers

There is currently only one text file located in it:
wallpapers.txt

The initially goals was to add the first wallpaper to ReactOS 0.3 Final. We
discussed that several months ago (I think it was in April/May 2005).
That was also the reason why I haven't commited some of the wallpapers
(listed in that text file; to keep the trunk branch size as small as
possible). BMP files are big and afaik jpg files cannot be used as
wallpapers in ReactOS. WinXP for example convert a jpg wallpaper to bmp and
use that file.
