SVN is down

SVN is tempary down. I do not know which time it will be up again. I hope it
will solv soon, I have mail fireball to infrom him about it

It was an unexpected urge to switch off the server, do some  
maintenance and power it up again.

Since it was a relatively small period of time (an hour) I didn't  
inform the list loudly.
