ReactOS 0.3.4 Setup Stalls at 60% (Copying file: usbdriver.sys)

ReactOS 0.3.4 Setup Stalls at 60% (Copying file: usbdriver.sys).  Is this a
known issue?  I am running Innotek VirtualBox on Windows XP (vm has 256M of
Ram)  Is any other information needed to resolve this?
