ReactOS on Windows 98 from a setup on the hard disk

I suggest to make a version of ReactOS available for download that can install ReactOS on Windows 98 or on DOS from a setup.exe on the hard disk without the need of a CD

I guess there are 'few' or maybe none Windows98 running anymore...
Even the 3rd world countries now are running pirated vistas... :-)

I run windows 98 in vmware... its kinda hard to run on the net with the lack of security and without the addition of windows installer 3.0 you can't install much now adays.
