Translation

Hi

I'm willing to help out as much as I can with any part of ReactOS, including 
translation (beware, I dont have much time on my hands, but I'm willing to 
use the little time I have on helping ReactOS)
I'm not good at spelling or grammar, but I can try.
The language I can is Norwegian and English (but I guess you dont need with 
english)
