JIRA access

How does one get access to JIRA to submit patches? I have started
fixing/reviewing every item specifies by VS2013's Code Analysis.

Hi,

Just register on reactos.org. The accounts are shared between all the
ReactOS services. Your account will be enabled on Jira within the next 6h.
