runtime-files. They create real Win32-Apps.

the problem is that i'm not writing the thing from scratch, and this
app is *very* activeX dependant (actually, more than the 60% of the
code is on those ocx :P). as you said, i could try to port it to a
less system-dependant basic, but it would require *major* rewrite, and
i don't have the time nor the patience to do it.
