As far as legal help from the SFLC goes they will give us pro-bono advice but they declined to represent us. That was about a year or two ago. I'll ping my contacts there again and see if we can get anywhere with them now.

Well the P part of MVP says Professional so I assume if Microsoft is going to award such a title out to anyone we might not want to just launch in to an attack on them but ask for proof in a kind professional manner. Seeing as how I did not get any reply back I assume the accusation was BS like the others.

It's okay Steven! There seems to be more than one and it is a indirect attack based on the ignorance of newbie programmers that are more hardened than Linux zealots. I hear the sound of a vacuum running when I read their words.
