UI Update

	Hello,
after some talk with our UI Coordinator, I would like to make the  
following announcements:
1. Icon designers (and other artists too) are officially welcome to  
the UI team now.
2. All work regarding icon creation will be strictly guided by UI  
coordinator.
3. Icon development takes place in trunk. However, since this process  
takes time, Tango (or some other consistent icon set) will be used in  
releases until reactos own icon theme is not mature.

"How do I become an icon-designer in ReactOS" questions go to mf,  
he's forming a team of icon-designers right now.

Any objections against the above?
Ged - everything allright with you too?

We can use or offer icon in a GFDL way (in a similar way to Wikipedia).
