Due to the continuing breaking of the site by translators not following my instructions in previous emails, all translation privileges have been removed for the time being. To regain translation privileges, please send an email to me explaining how you are supposed to do a translation of an existing page to demonstrate you know how to create translations. Remember, how translations work is different in drupal than in RosCMS.

I think you ought to prevent translators from editing any content they haven't authored for now. Then you could implement this or something similar: http://drupal.org/project/i18n_access That will give you more fine-grained control over the permissions of translators
