Yes, ROS is alpha.
my recommendation: - please remove 3.11 from [1]
causes: 1. Error opening freeldr.ini or file not found. - if boot from hda after install from cdrom - problem only if ! (hd0,1) (example: sda3) - workaround: replacing freeloader.sys from ReactOS 0.3.10
2. repository opendn.org offline (domain parking) - s. [2] - new: svn.reactos.org, but impossible to config in rapps.exe!! - workaround: wget rappmgr.cab
