I would like to help out in anyway I can. But I would like to know when
reactOS will be NTFS compatible.

Probably it wont because NTFS is proprietary filesystem.

The traffic and progress the last weeks has been increasing I would think.
ReactOS had a crisis a while ago but now it looks like it's back on track, I 
love it! :-)

React os is great os, the total size of this os is very small and features

When NTFS driver for ReastOS will be written.

AFAIK a number of Linux distributions supports NTFS read and write
(without encryption).
