WinAPI in baresh

I think he refers to "posix/apps/baresh", a minimal sh for the PSX 
subsystem.

If you refer to "posix/apps/baresh", you shouldn't. The only APIs 
available are those exported by PSXDLL.DLL.

PSXDLL.DLL is not compilable right now. Fixing it is postponed due to 
incompatible LPC interfaces and semantics (BUG #206), which I am going 
to (trying to) fix (probably after 0.2.1 release).
