SVN : user and password

hi all, I have translated some files in my language, I have tried  
to send with the svn the translated file , but a mask appears  
of login that asks  name user  and password,< svn://svn.reactos.com:3690>
I have tried to give her  in meal the name user and the password 
that I have created when  registered on the web site reactos ,
 but it doesn't work.  
Where can I have  password?  
Am I mistaking anything?  
the version of svn that I am using  it:  
TortoiseSVN 1.2.4, Build 4479 - 32 Bit

Only devs have write access to the svn.  Please submit the patches to 
bugzilla and someone will commit them.  Or log on irc and see if 
Fireball is online and not busy and he can usually do it right then for 
you.  However the first option is the best.
