Hi Ciobanu
There is already some documentation on kernel/subsystem regression tests. This part of ReactOS is not swappable with WINE, but covers drivers, overall stability of the OS and of course the win32 subsystem. You can find a doc here: http://reactos.com/reactos_unified_library/reactos_developer_documentation/r...
Missing from the doc is an explanation of how to load these tests under Windows to confirm results, this is still in the pipeline.
Of course, WINE tests are equally as important. The great thing about
these tests are that we can share work with the WINE project, and we should be making more use of them because there are already many tests written. Steven, perhaps you could write a doc on this subject for the Library?
Thanks Jason

regtests
to be done and hopefully someone( consider me in ) could do this
job.

there's a ton of work to be done.
Yes we also need to make sure we dont spend years rewritting tests
that
already exist in the WINE regression test suite. We need to make
some
minor changes to our regression suite to allow for people to write
WINE
style regression tests for Win32 componates so we can share code
and
dump most of the existing tests in reactos/apps/tests.
Thanks
Steven

Ok, so i got the basic ideeas .... but is there a list of tests to be implemented ? Maybe after every new user/kernel mode feature added the developers should add a description of a test to be done ?
